Register for Member services to make claims online, update your details, make payments & manage your cover. Register now.
Just log in to myHBF and click on ‘Make a health claim’, then follow the prompts and upload your original accounts or receipts.
Log in to member services and go to Make an online claim. Then post the original receipt to us to complete your claim.
Register or login to Online Member Services and select ‘Make a new extras claim’. Follow the five simple steps to submit your claim.
Simply log on to our online members area, enter the required details and the benefits will be transferred into your nominated bank account within three working days.
